OVERVIEW
The Clinical Coordinator has two major areas of responsibility as follows: 1) to assist and assume (when needed) the program responsibilities of the Program Director in the event of his/ her absence, and 2) to perform general case management duties, providing supportive counseling and social services to a small caseload. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator provides staff supervision.
Schedule
Office Hours are Monday – Friday; 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
The Clinical Coordinator may be required to report earlier or work later hours depending on specific assignments or supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS /REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field with five (5) years’ experience working in a related field, or Master’s degree in human services (MSW preferred) with two (2) years’ experience working with target population (i.e., adult homeless/ mentally ill /MICA/ substance abuse). Supervisory experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ LIMITATIONS:
Candidates must be able to access apartments above first floor, must be able to travel to different locations within the community, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to client/ residents of the program.

Salary
Annualized at $67,172 plus benefits – plus $1,000 sign-on bonus
